Science Camp is a unique opportunity for Oregon Outreach students to experience the natural world they live in. Students from all sites come together to participate in hands-on learning about diverse subjects such as the scientific process, ecological relationships, engineering, and outdoor survival skills. Each spring about 30 students venture out to the woods or the beach for 3-5 days of team building, recreation and self-discovery, all while earning intensive math and science credit. We are able to offer this to our students for low to no cost because of generous donations and ambitious fundraising.
