This program is our longest running program in the Portland area. Students served at this location are primarily those that have not found success within the Portland Public School District. We have partnered with Portland Community College, Cascade Campus, and now we house our classroom at the Margaret Carter Technology Education Building, Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, we house our classroom at Oregon Outreach Administrative Offices. Youth have the opportunity to enroll as PCC students and take college courses alongside high school instruction. They have access to tutoring, computer labs, library, among other campus benefits.

Students that come to us are in search of an alternative program with smaller class size and integrated curriculum to earn a high school diploma. Students receive quality instruction in all classes required to complete an Oregon diploma. In order to bridge the gap between high school and post-secondary education, McCoy Academy offers ASPIRE, a state-funded program which provides transition services to Oregon students. Additionally, students are given the opportunity to tour various colleges, universities, and vocational training sites.
