From seed to harvest, OOI students manage several of the raised garden beds at Molalla High School.  Much of the produce that is grown comes back into the classroom and used for a cooking class. Students learn aspects of agriculture through the cultivation of soil and crop management; as well as, gain the benefit of delicious and healthy food.
